Leadership 6.0 is based on CEB® method developed by Alex Terrey MEc. This conscious leadership method is a blueprint for success to achieve a high level of confidence, inner well-being and influence to create psychological safety and high-performance culture by utilising brain language, behavioural science, emotional intelligence, values-aligned thinking, social agility and integration through new behavioural measurements.

We believe there is a massive gap in traditional leadership education which must be shifted to the next level of individual and collective thinking, emotional awareness and relations.

We focus on BEING and then effectively moving towards “doing”. We lift ourselves to a personal level of understanding behaviours, thinking and emotions and how those impact culture, psychological safety and well-being.

Leadership 6.0 is effectively taught in our weekly group mastermind sessions, on our e-learning platform and exclusive weekly or fortnightly one-on-one sessions.
